All your need-to-know info about viewing and ordering Team & Individual Sports Photos.

On Picture Day: Players

Be sure to wear your SPORTS UNIFORM/DANCE OUTFIT.
Bring ANY NECESSARY GEAR/PROPS (ball, mitt, helmet, protective equip., etc.)
Be mindful of any clothing under your uniform (if you want it to show or not).
Please arrive clean & ready to be photographed.
Clean skin, no temporary tattoos, hair neat, clean uniform.
I recommend NO eye-black for photos (we do not currently offer photoshop removal of it later).
For athletes who wear ponytails, choose either two ponytails or one “half-up/waterfall” style ponytail (wearing one full ponytail causes your hair to “disappear” behind your head).
Have your “buddy” photos in mind ahead of time (best friend, sibling, coach, etc.)

RECEIVE A TEXT WHEN YOUR PHOTOS ARE READY:

1. Click on the button above.
2. Enter your phone number to create an account (or log in to your account).
3. Click the “+ Add Gallery” button and enter your team’s access code.
4. Click the “Subscribe” button.

That’s it! You’ll receive a text message when the gallery is published!

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I Buy Digitals?

Yes! we sell digital files!

These are high resolution, full-size, digital image files and come with a print release, so you may print them up to 8x10, from any retailer. You might be able to have them printed larger, depending on the printing method (please contact your print shop to determine their printing parameters). They are a bit more expensive because they are a master file, and allow you to print as many photos as you want. Print release upon request, some print vendors require one, many do not. Please contact us for an email print release (usually acceptable for vendors that require a release).

How Do You Handle Team Photos?

We offer FREE digital team photos! These are large, web resolution images, great for sharing online and print beautifully up to 4"x6"! Instructions to download the team photos are inside the gallery, so you must register (instructions above) in order to access them.

Can I combine Orders For Siblings?

Yes, provided they are in the same league and are both present for that league's picture day.

Can My Child Be Photographed With A Friend?

Absolutely! Please let Team Leatherhead, team coach, or picture day organizer know ahead of time or when your child first arrives for picture day. Each child can have up to 2 buddy photos, and these would include best friends, siblings, and/or coaches/instructors.
